I had a really great experience with the Paracleanse. I even enjoyed the smell of the capsules. This was my first time using the product and for the first three days I experienced hunger more than usual. The eliminations were quite normal but I did experience a lot of farting. I tried to eat as clean as possible and after three days I could feel the difference in my skin and even the smell of my body odour. Since taking the Paracleanse for the 2 week supply, I can update that my cycle followed immediately after and I can even sense the difference in my cycle. No bloating, no discomfort and no adverse effects I also have been taking the Brain and Nerve and it has been a good addition to my daily routine and I can feel the change in my stress levels and even sleeping pattern. I am tired after the work day but afer sleeping I feel rested. Whereas before I still felt tired and exhausted after a night's rest. Will defintely continue and also try the other products.

Femme Fire — Herbal Hormone Balance for Women

In the first few days of taking this supplement I did notice an energy boost; which I haven't had in weeks, months even. I did notice a reduction in my appetite as I can recall one time (before the cleanse) after eating a mountain of food for dinner, I woke up at 3 a.m. with a raging hunger (I put it off to working out but it happened even on days I didn't exercise 😅). I had a replay of this (while actively on the cleanse), downing another mountain and had no desire for a late night snack 👍🏽 I was possibly eating for 12 at the time. Finally, I notice it did help with my bloating; tummy is not as puffy as before. Nearing the end of the cleanse some pretty loud ones were squeezed out 😅 (like a car with a straight-through muffler.) Overall this product was great and I would purchase it again.

I had been on the Depo provera shot for a few years and my last scheduled shot was due on November 14th, 2025. By late February into early March, I still wasn’t seeing any signs of my cycle returning and honestly, I was getting frustrated. I went to the doctor and was prescribed another birth control that was supposed to help balance my hormones, but it required three repeats. After only using one sachet, I decided to stop.
