So far since i have started taking Femme Fire i do notice a difference. My cycle is due this week and usually before that i get irritated, moody, bloated etc sometimes and my breasts hurt a lot but since taking them i do notice that I'm not as bloated, breasts don't hurt as much etc. When my cycle comes will see how they treat me.

I keep this stuff right next to my bed so remember to take it when I wake up and before I go to sleep, I take the Yellow colon cleanse before I go to bed as recommended and for the paracleanse, they said to take it super early in the morning on an empty stomach, but I like to kind of test my body so I’ve taken it at 3 AM when I got up to use the bathroom taken it at 5 AM and I’ve also taken it at like 8 AM. I think for me personally, my best results were 5 AM, because throughout the day I could really feel it moving through my body and because my stomach was completely empty and I gave it so much hours to be empty. I definitely felt it working much better and in terms of seeing any parasites, I started to see them in the last week of my second week. I almost thought I wouldn’t see them cause it took a while, but I do eat a lot of meats so I don’t know if it had more to break down than the average person

I started taking this product and at first I was taking it around midday. The results were very gentle like they said, but honestly I felt like it wasn’t really doing much for me, so I reached out to support.
